Soft cheeses are creamy and fresh, with flavour profiles ranging from mild and buttery to rich and pungent. This style includes classics like Brie and Camembert, as well as blue cheese varieties — all well-suited to pairing with crackers, honey, and fresh or dried fruit.

Semi-hard and semi-soft cheeses offer more body and texture, with bold character that holds up well on a mixed board. Hard cheeses take this further — aged varieties with concentrated, complex flavour that pair especially well with cured meats and wine.

How long do Soft Cheeses last?

Soft cheeses are best enjoyed within 7 days of delivery for optimal freshness, texture, and flavour. Keep refrigerated in clean wrapping or an airtight container.

How long do Hard Cheeses last?

Hard cheeses generally last much longer when stored properly. Wrap them in clean cheese paper, parchment, or cling wrap and keep them in an airtight container in the fridge. As long as there is no visible mould or spoilage, they are typically safe to enjoy.

How do I choose a cheese?
